weekly update on covid-19 from chancellor jones

Weekly Update from Chancellor Jones (9/14 – 9/18)

Posted on September 18, 2020 at 11:38 am

We are providing guidance on a careful transition to more in-person activities for students.

To maximize the health and well-being of our community, this guidance includes smaller gatherings and increased safety measures.

We are announcing a series of new in-person events for students.

Students can visit go.illinois.edu/activities for information and safety details about these new events.

We are encouraging our university community to get their flu shot.

Flu shots are available to students, state employees and retirees through McKinley Health Center. View dates and locations.

We are sharing resources to help others maximize safety.

Students, faculty and staff can confidentially report safety concerns and non-compliance at go.illinois.edu/COVID19-report.

We are helping our local community respond to COVID-19.

Taking this survey provides feedback to Champaign County restaurant owners and economic development leaders as they work to meet community needs.

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate COVID-19. Please feel free to direct questions to covid-19@illinois.edu.
