Phase IV Virtual Town Hall

Illinois State Senator Scott Bennett hosted a Virtual Town Hall on June 25 to discuss Phase IV of the Restore Illinois plan. Representatives from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign were part of a panel discussion explaining what Phase IV means for the Central Illinois region.
